CCleaner is a Windows system cleaning tool, it can Clean up the browser to speed up page display, clean up the history of the files you have opened to protect your privacy, clean up the Windows system's cache and temporary files to make the system run faster, and it has also some advance features for system optimization. So not quite the same as the Free version.
